Nightly rates are
based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Each additional person
after 2 people is $5/night. If FLAT RATE is specified the nightly
rate is the same regardless of the number of people. Each cabin's rate is based on the
season (as follows).
Peak Season -
Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend (inclusive)
Low Season - May, September, Weekends of Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years
Off Season - October through April
Cabins have a 4 night
minimum stay during July and August, a 3
night stay during Memorial Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. If
you book within 30 days of your arrival these minimum stay requirements are
