Bighorn sheep can be found in the Grande Rhonde Valley and down the Imnaha canyon.

Common to see eagles at Wallowa Lake in the fall and winter.

These eagles are on the Wallowa River (mated pair).

A guest sent us this very uncommon fox.  It lives on the east moraine.  Ask us where to hike for a chance to see grey and red foxes.

Turkeys are common in the Wallowa valley.

Quail are not common at Wallowa Lake.  This pair was found at the Wallowa Lake Resort Office.
