Nightly rates are
based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Each additional person
after 2 people is $5/night. If FLAT is specified the nightly
rate is the same regardless of the number of people. Each cabin's rate is based on the
season (as follows).
Peak Season - Labor Day
Weekend, June 13 to Memorial Weekend
Low Season - June 1 to June 12, September, Thanksgiving, Christmas through New Years
(12/24 to 1/1), May
Off Season - October through April
Cabins have a 4 night
minimum stay during July and August, a 3
night stay during June and Labor Day & Memorial Day Weekend. If
you book within 30 days of your arrival these minimum stay requirements may be
reduced. All cabins have cable TV and are fully furnished (linens & towels).
