Nightly rates are based
on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Each additional person after 2
people is $10/night. If FLAT is specified the nightly rate is the
same regardless of the number of people. Each cabin's rate is based on the
season (as follows).
Peak Season -
Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
Low Season - May, September, Thanksgiving (11-26 to 11-29) ,
Christmas through New Years (12/24 to 1/1)
Off Season - October through April
Cabins have a 4 night
minimum stay during July and August, a 3 night stay during June, Memorial
and Labor Day Weekend. The off season has a 2 night min stay.

CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
If you book within 30 days of your arrival these minimum stay
requirements may be reduced. All cabins have cable TV and are fully furnished
(linens & towels).
