Every rental home is inspected by management before Check-In. It is guaranteed to be clean and perfect! If you have an issue with the cleanliness of your rental cabin just contact our Wallowa Lake Office and we will address the problem immediately.

Wallowa Lake Office HOURS

Wallowa Lake Resort office and gift shop is located just as you enter the south end of Wallowa Lake. We have an onsite manager who provides service to our guests. Our office hours during the summer are 9:30-11 AM and 3:30-5:30 PM (7 days a week during the summer). In the off season we are in and out of the office but you can always leave a message or send us an email. In addition to our office hours we have a night buzzer to serve our guests after hours. The advantages of having our staff within 5 minutes of every rental home includes the following:

  • Personalized service upon check in. Once you arrive, our staff will check you in, provide your key and detailed directions to your place. If you cannot find your cabin, our staff will be happy to guide you to it.
  • We provide fast and efficient maintenance from responding to locking yourself out to unplugging a clogged toilet.
  • It is common for our electricity to go out 1-2 times each summer. When this happens you are not on your own. We always drop by each cabin with updates, candles and flashlights. We take care of our guests like we take care of our family.
  • Our Wallowa Lake office provides maps and advice on hiking, site seeing, fishing and all the activities of Wallowa County. Read a book about our area or get the latest information from one of our knowledgeable staff.
